Fee of 10€ per day.

Sport Ident
SI card hire is available for a fee of 3 € per competition day. You will be asked to leave a deposit on collecting your SI card at the event registration. If you lose your SI card, you will be invoiced 40 €.
Medical certificate
To participate in the orienteering competition, you must:
- Hold either an annual competition license issued by the French orienteering Federation of, or a UNSS school license. No other sporting license will be accepted ;
- Or for non-licensees, hold a medical certificate of non-contra-indication to the practice of the competition in orienteering, not older than one year (photocopies accepted). Your medical certificate will allow you a Pass’Orientation issue.
To participate in a leisure course, you must :
- Hold either a FFCO license or a license UNSS or an UGSEL license ;
- Or for non-licensees, buy a Pass’Orientation. Warning: to be timed on a leisure course, you must hold a medical certificate of non-contra-indication to the practice of the competition in orienteering, not older than one year (photocopies accepted).
Cancellation / Refunds
Competitors cancelling their entry before the 31/05/2016 deadline will receive a full refund of their entry fees.
Competitors cancelling their entry between 1st & 19th June 2016 will be refunded 50% of their entry fees.
No refund will be made for cancellation on or after 20th June 2016.
If the organisers are obliged to cancel one or more of the orienteering events for reasons beyond their control, they reserve the right to retain all or part of the entry fees.

To run both the prologue and the five day event, you must enter the two separate events.

Elite entries for day 3 (WRE):
Day 3 is a World Ranking Event.
When entering via the Orienteering Online website, elite competitors must give their IOF number for day 3. If you don’t have an IOF number, please first register with the IOF website in order to obtain one.

Don’t forget to pay for both the prologue and the 5 days.
